in the consumables section at krypt store to the right theres invigoration stones, those are used to restore fatigued fights (because after every krypt run, the teams become fatigued and wont be useable again until the refresh)
maybe not cheap but either you can get 3 stones to use the same team after finishing a run or just get 1 stone to get venomus recovered and swap the other 2 fatigued
