if I recreate this setup on my beginner account would this be an effective tower team at low fusion?

it will depend on what your runner up “strongest” team is

because the whole point of team soak is that you have a strong base of damage that will then be heavily strengthened

I only know team soaked setup with inj2 raiden and kl rain plus sp2 save talent, this is even for me a new take on this strat

kl raiden or mk11 raiden would be better for team soaked

well it would be best if you had sp2 reduction on rain

you don’t need voodoo doll if horse stance and his passive exists

idk about that since shang tsung can double sp2 if klassic raiden is out of sp2 but the team soaked is still on
