Well, i have a team that is literally:
Klassic Reptile, Shao Kahn and DOTD Kitana. Klassic Reptile is a BEAST agaisnt Enemies with no Venom Immunity.

Yes if you use the WB account t linked to your MK account you can recover it. You just have to play the first couple of fights and do the tutorial on the new device before you can recover

His SP2 can obliterate even bosses if there is no DOT Immunity AND still does an absurd amount of damage anyway.

Raiden is also a monster since he always deals 30% ~ 40% Full Health Damage on tag-in, can't go wrong with it (except for Bosses)

That's what i would recommend going for. MK11 Scorpion, Klassic Raiden and Klassic Reptile.
