Then watch the daily videos, thats another 50ish
Participate in fw, even if you just do one fight. Just make sure you participate in fw everytime a new season starts. obviously the higher you go the more souls you get, but even just one fight can get you like 15ish souls.
Quests, 1hr are the most profitable, set an 8 hour quest

Oh I would say try to end story mode, play in faction wars and do some towers. Even if u loose u get a reward and sometimes u can be lucky. Try to grind 1 h quests for souls and open packs. That's my advise
