There are lots of different teams and different Diamonds have synergies with others outside of their teams at times. Klassic Reptile belongs to Klassic team, Strike Force Scorpion to Strike Force, etc. He plays well with many other 💎’s or Golds though thanks to his passive.

Early on Klassic Reptile can be a bit like a cheat code too since he poison damage over time can still take down considerably more powerful opponents and he’s a 💎 you can consistently fuse during La Luna events. Not so much good for Boss Fights though since they are immune. These matches block breaker is key.

so you already are able to have 35% crit chance on basic attacks and 15% on specials
