as third mk11 member, noob goes in the strongest. but it can be jade or liu kang too, as long as scorp and sub0 are in the team

so you can simply open mk11 skarlet packs until you max them

if you want a klassic team: rain, liu kang and raiden go very well together

for faction wars team, build cos team: liu kang, quan chi and kung lao

In my experience liu kang does more dmg than noob on his specials and provides so much help for scorp on unblockables and crit chance, but noob also gives scorp lethal bonus. I just use liu kang for bosses and noob for general fights, hes a huge survivor with sub0

Since liu needs time to build up
