yes 100% you need silvers, you can't complete challenges without them and getting a good, high fusion silver team can seriously carry you in things like survivor, challenges, or specific boss fights (kenshi can actually be as good as many high tier gold and diamond characters when fused a bit, he does SO MUCH damage)

At any fusion, he takes away 10% of the entire enemy team’s health without you even swapping to him

Dark raiden imo is an S tier gold, he heals from fire poison and bleeding, which means in modifiers such as bloody bomb and sandstorm he just gets passive health regeneration, plus his combos are fast

Klassic Mileena is great for survival if you can get her to a higher fusion. She heals a ton of health every time you kill an enemy with a special attack, and aftershock tremor forces out the weakest enemy on the other team and stuns them just by tagging in
