I think Challenge Gold Character is a general term referring to all cards that have a 54 Soul sellback value rather than 30. Sort of like when the 54 value Golds all went into the rehashed Store from when they weren't available as Challenge Golds but were available from specific other modes of the game such as Klassic Mileena once was.
