Put them on a team with similar strength regardless of whether they are bronze silver gold or diamond and practice them together in quick battle mode of faction wars not survivor mode. Also you can use them in the challenges in the early rungs of the ladder. Battle mode would be also good for them.

I almost never time a block right so his passives are worthless. If you are good at blocking then they can be good and even better with equipment that reflects or cancels blocked damage.

SP2 applies cripple and can do heavy damage. He is fairly fast too.

I equip God's Helper so every hit is basically a crit

For example, Spec Ops and Jax are needed for the current KC Soyna Blade Challenge.

Everyone is probably going to say JC. SP1 does power drain, he is fast, his passives give stat boost to other KC teammates, his SP2 is cool IMO.

SB passive can be very useful to single out opponents you want to fight last.

Personally I like CC the best. She has a cool SP2 and passives. Since she is an exclusive gold, though, she is harder to get and thus harder to get as strong as the other two. Most players will sub in COCC in her place. KLSB can also be a good sub.
