next tower u should buy what they call the losers pack. it triggers after a few losses in tower and is a one time only thing but its well worth it apparently for that price, its the best paid pack in the game which can help a great deal in towers and eventually to farm diamonds out of them

If you want to avoid a revival of your boss, you'll have to go for tanya/saibot/shintai of malice
