Erron starts with sp 3 (demon rifle ability), the team gains luck buff, then kano tags in and does another sp 3 to kill the 2. opponent and gain team strengthen, then tremor tags in (strengthen and luck buffed) and finishes the last one by basic attacks and sp1 or sp2

Edit: oh and tremor is using the favorite toy, so the whole team can benefit from the Cripple debuff, which also grants +50% dmg to all attacks for black dragon teammates

same for like kl raiden, general idea is that they are leveled enough to at least unlock sp2

however if you do feel like actively using them a lot then leveling them isn't all that bad
