problem is that the xray causes blind which in of itself is actually detrimental because they will miss a lot of their attacks, which doesn't count as you blocking them because they never actually hit you
however yes very good for ignoring the 3rd bar rule

Tremor is worth leveling up. His combo ender disorientes the opponent. His SP1 stuns.
FFLK has a good passive giving him bonus when tagging in. Strategy would be tagging him in and out
KLSZ has a good passive too.

Klassic Raiden's passive is really strong when you want to power drain your opponent and make them lose a good chunk of their health. It's oddly satsfying
