Full Moon events continue after Reptile is maxed. You can even call up his tower to fight him and get a sellback. I think the did Relic Hunt differently because it could be farmed for Souls whereas Full Moon events cost players Souls in the form of lower yield quests (Outworld instead of NR, daily instead of hourly, etc.).

I’m experimenting with it. I managed to get ALL the fusions shown in the counter (11 total I think) but have yet to collect the eyes to test after 11. DEFINITELY not worth it but I really don’t need the Souls either since there is nothing to spend them. I held off this event though cause I am building back up since Black Friday. Around 497 eyes out of 600, we’ll see if the tower pops up again. Pretty sure it will.
