I have both mobile data as well as broadband optic cable wifi 30 Mbps. The oddest thing about this game is it doesn't work on high DSL lol. Switch to mobile data subscription or change IP using VPN. I had to uninstall the game and reinstall it once after i deleted my Google playstore app cache and it wouldn't reconnect smh. Definitely the problem is on their server end not ur mistake
