There used to be game booster apps that would shut down background apps and free up memory so that your game would run better. I don't recall whether they required a rooted phone or not. Probably not, because they simply ask for a whole lot of resources, a whole lot of memory which because it is the foreground app, other apps get shut down automatically as the OS allocates all the memory to the foreground app then the app releases it for your game to fill in all the necessary space it needs.

You use his sp2 either by chaining it with his 2nd basics or combo ender. When they're stunned, you can go through his 2 basics until you use his combo ender, which could freeze the frostbitten opponent. Using his sp2 after his first basics means you can't go through the 2 basics + his combo ender while the opponent is stunned
