when ranking at the highest level of play I can for my tierlist being entirely outclassed will knock you down the list very far. theres so many shield gears especially for sp2 I mean just use SOTN and you have the same thing with freeze/frostbite. for COS lao the best COS team simply does not use him unless its maybe for a gearless survivor challenge but I dont really think that matters here.

DOTD errons only saving grace is being REALLY lucky to trigger the free specials and power drain alot, or abusing the reflect shield and thats also just rng to get at all

both aspects provide no relibility or consistency, and his dps is severly lacking
