I mean it’s certainly a difference maker for me in Survivor

Currently I am prioritizing Regen kards to max SPs, then Death Marks, then FX’s

Best Regen Gold IMO is Nimble Reptile. Nimble can stop enemy Regen with Poison on SP1, adds Speed buff on his SP2. You can sort Kameos by Regen and review them all in your Kollection (pictured). No time to do a Regen capture right now but it is similar to DotD Kitana’s in duration.

I believe it is basically the same as a regular X-Ray Regen in duration

The main difference being that the X-Ray does considerably less damage, especially if not leveled up and the Kameo isn’t fused up.

Still, delay from the animation doesn’t affect the effectiveness of a buff like Regen since it immediately starts applying to your character. Though in terms of damage taken after the fact and having it persist during that, then yes the Kameo animations are still problematic.
