The best features, imho, remain high haste and regeneration. I tested several kameos with dot, stun, snare, etc. Shield is also good because it lasts much longer than the other buffs/debuffs. Also power gen is not bad, but not worth it if compared to regen and shield tbh.

Always all 50 beginner packs first no exceptions, from there its personal choice to go with character packs or equipment packs. Id avoid kameos mostly tbh. Their power is mostly from having them equipped than any specific kameo or fusion on them.
