Don't suggest a new player to open 300 worth of souls for nothing, let them focus on bronze and silver in the first months, opening silver packs, bronze packs, watching daily ads, so they can use silvers and bronze for quest purposes, even after that they sould start opening equipment pack and basic gold and here's why, within 3 or 2weeks player will unlock netherreleam quests(it may take over a month for pure beginners), and the first quest in netherrelam demands a f5 or above gold character! It will take 1 or 2 weeks of the 2nd month to have atleast 1 f5 gold character,

New players, don't thirst over level up cards, play factions, it will also reward you a gold character if u did a good score on it.

If faction is a big challenge for you play tower 32 in battle mode which is before the free dvora character tower where she does a Fatality.

Don't go for final towers for tremendous amount exp, if anything u will loose your souls within few repeats by refreshing your characters. As I said ho for tower 32 for 25 - 30+ exp. Later it will increase depending on your characters levela and fusion.

If u get a silver or bronze in 12h character just buy them even if they are not your favourites or u didn't use, because u can get more percentage% on quests easily, so u don't hacre to wait for your main character to come from a quest to do your challenges or towers, when I mean towers I know most of the beginners can even go pass 30 so just do the battle-quit method for free gold character/equipment/koins/souls/upgrade cards

Well opening packs is luck based kinda. It based on percentages which you can check by clicking on the pack and pressing the i on the top right corner but it shouldn't be too hard if you have souls to spend. (unless you get pretty unlucky with what you get)

By far packs is the best way to get diamonds.

So just play the game, collect enough souls and open the packs that have a chance to give out diamonds.

Dragon krystals store is also the same. I actually got a bunch of diamonds and gold cards from there.

Its hard to get dragon krystals though so try the souls packs and you should be good.

Also the free diamond pack is supposed to appear for new players but maybe it got removed or you didn't claim it in time and it expired.

8hrs = 13-15 souls x 3slots = 45

1 day quests : if u know u are going to be busy next day start it a day before,

1day = 16 - 19 souls x 3 slots = 57

●Level up your unwanted cards : Try to have all of your cards level 20-30 to atleast get above 80% probability,

Equipment : Equipment also boost the % probability

Also 9 souls per quest can be unlocked from Tower 6,

●Tower 6 : Tower 6 is a challenge to unlock, they wont show quest to unlock tower 6 right away because in tower 6 there are quest u can earn 8 or 9 souls guarante from 1 hrs quests, keep doing the quests in tower 5 it will appear soon

In the game

Try to maximize quest grinding first

So you stack souls

Then by stacking souls and finishing the battle mode you should be able to assemble a decent team for normal krytps

In Normal krytps you can grind dks and open Begginer packs with that to hunt and upgrade mk11 scorp

And along the way you will get more characters which will enable better tower grinding

Eventually you will be strong enough to attempt hard and elder krypts

From my experience, if you have mk11 scorp and MK11 lk, you can use mk11 jade if facing dot team, mk11 subzero if you want two extra lives. Subzero mk11 has a devastating sp2 and if you don't do spear spam, Klassic lk, mk11 sub and scorp are a crazy sp2 team.

Tbh kl raiden works better with mk11 fujin. Idk if that 40% hp reduction is needed if you build your mk11 scorp properly (talent + gear). The dots just melt the enemies

Thats one of the strongest team

Mk11 liu kang, mk11 scorpion, mk11 subzero/jade according to situation.

This team has everything dot, freeze, concussion, cripple, heal, resurrection.

I sometimes switch Jade/subzero with Sindel as she gives a passive block break.

Klassic liu kang, klassic rain and klassic raiden is also considered one of the strongest teams.

Kombat cup JC, Covert Ops Cassie and Kombat Cup Sonya is also one of the great teams.

Kl scorpion, kl smoke and kl shang tsung is also super strong.

You dont spend money at all. You spend time. A lots of it.

The game is grindy. You wake up. And do you tower runs. Even if you lose. Grind Faction War Quick Battle and Battle Mode to level up your characters, and survivor to finish high enough so you have gold card and rewards every few days. If you religiously stick to a routine to play, in a year you will have a mid level account where you can do most towers completely and most game modes will be run in auto for you.

2 months to master normal Krypt
6 months for hard krypt
8-12 months to master elder

Also teams - read synergies. They always complement one another. Like mk11 teammates help each other block break, survice, heal, etc. There are tons of synergies and methods you can play. Play whatever character that is the most fun to you, fusion them. Level them up. Save level up cards. Save souls and dragon krystals as much as possible to buy good packs. Dont be excited about diamonds rn. Focus on maxing your gold kollection.

hello, just got back into this game and ik mk 11 scorpian and some diamonds cards that are really strong but trying to builds some gold teams and idk what to use or what is strong

Spec Ops teams are good place to start.

My first FX Gold team was Stunt Double Johnny, Covert Ops Cassie and Demolition Sonya. They are pretty good.

Kombat cup team is OP.

Edenian Blood team is OP if you have them.

Lizard Team.

Klassic Smoke, Klassic Scorp, Klassic Shang

Jacqui, cassie and takeda is also a nice beginner team with takeda as support.

Saving souls is a good idea to invest in Kombat Cup Team, Covert Ops Cassie and Hanzo Hashashi Scorpion from character store.

Also team building is not very hard. Understanding synergies will help you a lot even if they belong to different teams.

When you are a beginner, take it slow and slowly you will build a great collection. A lot of us has recency bias or nostalgia bias. When I started I loved Hattrick Kung Lao but most people don't like him. So know each card and if its a fighter, understand what cards can support it the most. For example, I am playing MK11 Liu Kang so I use MK11 Jade and Raiden to support him. Also post your Kollection in #🗡-kollection and tag me to get a better idea of how you can make things work. The veterans would suggest teams better than I can.

Even if it's a gold card it's fine
Mk11 scorpion is very good and easily available in the beginning

Save up souls and crystals and use them
Do krypt run and buy heros and gears
Play faction wars. The higher you rank the better rewards. In the beginning it will be difficult so take it easy
