They can activate another shield whilst still having the shield break debuff on them

And another thing, see the "stun" effect. The timer of the stun should start as soon as it is applied on I would say. Not after the animation is finished not after the opponent finishes his dancing move or wtev. There's instances where you get stunned while you do a special attack animation. And the stun has to wait before the timer of it starts. Funny and wrong as hell
