My bad. It's called Hellfire blade (it is in the Hellspawn Tower).
It increases fire attack and DOT damage. This makes it good on MK11 Scorpion. It also causes burn when tagging in to both the opponent and the wearer. This makes it good on KL LK because he heals when burning. Plus when burning his SP2 attack turns into a team burn attack. This is also makes it useful on FGLK
Has a good FX ability but mine isn't FX.

His rare is eh, IMO. It's main ability is cool and can be useful to shut down bosses and their use of SP attacks but I don't like Fujin SP1 attack. The power loss can still trigger without it but Fear on SP1 forces a tag-out. Plus it never seems like I am never able to apply fear.
