And his speed and utility feels fragile when you got Homelander, DK noob, mk2 movie kitana, inj2 raiden or Mk11 liu kang at hight fusions.

Shao is better as support than fighting. And rain /mk11 liu are some of the best you can get. I have both at high fusions, Liu for example carries my account

Kano is pretty mid. Scorp for 10k is better value.

pair that scorp with your liu kang or rain and you have insane burst potential
