I think you make it. I evaded King Laos epic in summon packs mostly and managed to max Dominator and Jinsei Hat within two days. Hat was F7 and Dominator F5. Plus some luck in towers

For me Jinsei Hat is F8, Blade is F7, Dominator is F5 and Torturer is F4

Oh and Torturer is also maxed. Kung Laos weapon is F6.

I maxed Torturer the next day after reset and got final fusion on fatal 13

Torturer is really good. I mostly used it on Klassic Rain to ramp up his stacks for power generation. But it's also good on any other charackter. Together with Noobs epic or some gear for incurabilty it's very powerful even if MK11 team with jade is opponent.
