The benefit was when an enemy tagged in, the effect applied basically removing 30% of their power on tag in. So if they had xray... no they dont

The problem, is the enemies still generated power at full speed when tagged out and when tagged in anything that gives power still wasnt affected

So, now it affects the whole team instead of just 1 enemy but it no longer "removes" power

The other benefit of current version, is before it didnt work while tagged out, now it does
