Honest unrequested opinion, just fuse LK and Shang Tsung (even though expert players would recommend to avoid golds in krypt), and make sure you get the epic. The rare is not even that good (but you might want it for the set or for the ancestral motto 'gear first)

I mean when it comes to getting diamond and gold cards krypt can’t really be your main way of getting them like it’s nice to get them but your hearts you’re mainly gonna be using to buy gear you don’t have if you don’t have them or if it’s mandatory pieces that need to be brought up to a fusion 10 so as far as characters wise, you’re really gonna just have to be relying on weekly challenges, tower drops and saving your souls to then just buy your 150 gold packs until most of them are fusion 10 in which you can then be using them to get DK pushback
