IDK why the laugh other than maybe that it is going to take you for we to get it to FX.

I don't have any gear that can apply Oblivion yet but it does seem useful to me. It basically cancels SP attacks. Seems very useful in boss stages.
You can look up Oblivion and decide for yourself though.

The other abilities aren't that great, IMO.
