Depends on the gear, but I'd say yes. Maybe with some stones to help you.
I'd start with sub0 and tag scorp in (so you double up on fire dot, then liu when you drain power from opponents)

Thanks for the advice I usually go with unblockable equipment and some type of equipment with vampirism or regen any suggestions I’m thinking on giving sub zero some critical hit gear

onslaught subzero is basically crack version of grandmaster subzero

If you have debuff resistance (usually armors) use those as well. Crit for liu. And if you have incurability put it on scorp. Unblockable and also power gen are good for scorp (I'm assuming you haven't got a lot of maxed gear), besides lethal. Since it's krypt, I also use regen/healing gear or one of the Reptile kameos
