~40% more hearts per run, drop rates have ~doubled per fight, and a full run is 18 less fights in total

It is harder, but its not significantly harder. The main thing is all enemies in a difficulty are equivalent to the final floor. So in elder all fights are as if its the 3rd floor. All fights also have deep wound modifier which nerfs your healing

if you’re very precise it is possible to press xray at the beginning of the match before your character’s power ticks down if not highlighted
