OK... Tarantula with A ranking: this is what I did to get it this time, sans Kano (so no S) and I do Not know which combination works but I THINK the trick is, (aside from spamming Sp2's which I did with both Shinnok and Raiden) using mainly 2 or less characters on a team AND skipping at least one battle believe it or not. I skipped 1 per floor and it the past I've used 2 teammates, beat all battles. Used a revive once this time, btw and didn't hurt me any (got snared). I ALSO opened all chests Before all tombstones but...I don't really think that matters. Seems skipping a battle or up to 2 makes the diff between an A grade and a B grade. More to test still but worth cataloging.

@charred prawn No Sp2 will definitely Not net Tarantula at all. That part I know is very required.

In my A runs, I've mained with 2 players 50/50 or a 25/75 split and in one of the runs, I used the third character in a boss battle and it didn't hurt me.

Whether or not the # of characters used and to what frequency they can be used tho, I dont know how that impacts the grade.

Also, I always use some type of stone. My last B grade run, I used large stones that buffed all 3 characters. My A runs I only buffed 2 of them.

The key seems to be, from what I can tell so far, to skip at Least 1 battle. Every time I've completed all battles that I can recall (always opening everything) I've gotten B grades.

The OTHER thing to try is to open ALL chests first and tombstones last but use ALL characters fairly equally.

My test run last, I did just that but only threw punches with 2 of my 3 characters. One I literally never did 1 ounce of damage with. But I opened All chests first and tombstones last. No idea if that matters but I got that A run above
