Only one of them is usable. The second one has a 100 percent chance to tag in when he is F0 or when he knows he will die from that situation

I tried fx jason brut rare but it does not roll for unblockable chance because it is not considered special or basic attack, unless you have concussion from mk11 liu or klassic noob sp1, that being said if you setup klassic noob and then tag him in and do the combo, he usually overcaps past 3 bars of power even from 0 power

In actual work, it has 100 percent chance to increase your speed by 1 percent at F0. Probably by 5 percent at fusion 5, and 10 percent at fusion X.
Not horrible at fusion X, but definitely horrible in lower fusions.

Comparing this seasons equipments to last season, Jade and Kitana epics were S tieer, and Kenshi and Kano epic gears are Trash tier.
