But I don't think I had Back To Back XRays on any two matches and never once performed 2 X-rays in 1 match. I DID get 2 Characters to X-ray tho, not just one. I'm seeing these Blue health bars added to enemy health. First Klc Liu had it as a boss but now MK11 Noob had it in a medium difficulty battle. Their health goes up instead of down and health bar turns blue.

I'm not sure if you can get Dragon in Easy. Seems that may not be possible. Most if not all the other animals can surface regardless of difficulty tho.
The grade has a lot to do with damage taken, lack thereof. Speed of rounds and how many (if any) buff Stones were used
