There’s no Kounter to those horrible modifiers. Dead Zone disables your Passives (Klassic Raiden cannot delete health on tag in and MK11 Scorpion cannot stack his Fires) and Disarmed makes it so you have no health or damage in Towers, and most importantly, unblockable chance and power generation is non-existent. 100% impossible.
