It is written on his passive "Scorpion saves each teammate from one Death Blow" Key word - SAVES. If I save you from something - you don't die therefore I don't have to resurrect you

there are specific things in the game that do resurrect such as Jaxes epic and Warlock Quan chi for instance

if you get resurrected you dispell every debuffs etc. This is different than being saved by anyone

my starting character has lucky hat so after swap rain already had regen + shield and + after crit hits pauldron was giving strengh and champions bracers were giving 60% sp attack boosts

muramasa was only for combo ender dmg boost and makeover for crits and shieldbreaks
