But when it is only 1 or 2 out of thousands players ofc they wont care, but when its a very large number, if we rate it 1 star and boycott the game it will ruin their whole reviews and make the game lose money, which they dont want to. So the solution would be helping the players so they return.

what worth does a game have without its players? 0. The players respect their work by playing the game and share it and buy ingame things, and the company respects their players through making the playing experience much more fun. At this point it is just one sided respect which is an unfair trade.

use the bonuses as support if you don't have them strong

you can change gears before the fight

Best guide is always to look for the bonus cards, in this case it's Kitana and the best you can do (as a beginner) is to mix 2 Kitanas (Klassic and Mournful) with your strongest card

That'll guarantee you the max amount of hearts

Tho you will have to use invigorating stones on them to make sure to get that on double
