I would like to suggest the ability for an account to reserve the spot for a friend/alt.
when you leave your city with town transfer the old spot will not be able to be occcupied by anyone except the people you have sent(spot request) to for 30 minutes.
This suggestion is meant to combat spot taking scripts and cheating.
Also i would like to reserve spots for friends that join ikariam and let them play near me.

Its hard to believe a community manager will decline a suggestion that will combat cheating/scripts/bots which is against ikairam's TOS.

again that makes no sense(unless you use scripts to take islands).
you wont get good islands because the bot will take it before you.
besides you can get good island when someone quits the game and doesnt plan to play anymore.
