NEW BUILDING CALLED SENATE, which is upgraded by all alliance members donating resources at the embassy.
You must research Alliance Buildings in the science branch. This will grant you access to this section within the embassy, allowing you to donate resources to help upgrade the building. Clicking on the building will show its level and a list of the resources donated by each alliance member.
Each level of this building grants a 10% bonus. For example, upgrading it to level 3 will grant a 30% bonus. Only the alliance leader can distribute this bonus among the following options:

This bonus can be distributed to increase the production of wood, marble, wine, sulfur, crystal, and gold. From all alliance members
For example, if you upgrade it to level 3, you get 30%, and the leader can decide that all alliance members gain 10% wood, 10% sulfur, and 10% gold.
This building can have costs similar to the palace, being high since it is upgraded by all alliance members.
This encourages teamwork and the real involvement of all members in improving the building.
Also, to be fairer and more equitable, the prices of this building can vary according to the number of members in each alliance.

Example: One cost for alliances of 1 to 10 members. Double the cost for alliances of 11 to 20 members, triple for alliances of 21 to 30 members, etc.
Why should this building be included? Because it opens up a range of possibilities for all types of buildings within the alliance category. It also helps people obtain more resources by working as a team and allows all players to grow more effectively, especially younger players, so they can reach optimal levels on their accounts. These extra resources also enable all players to upgrade certain aspects of the game that are becoming increasingly expensive due to the introduction of infinite building levels.

Dishonest players have entire multi-account alliances, which opens up even more opportunities for abuse.

Something Like that was suggested multiple Times, at the end it depends on the Details on how abusement by Multis gets prevented.

Also there are some crucial Details Missing regarding this building (Like If its a building on which Spot is it? Why Not add the effect to the existing embassy?)

So im all in favour of new alliance Features, but its important that theyre implemented in a good way.

That's why I set the costs to increase proportionally based on the number of members, so adding multiple accounts to upgrade those buildings significantly increases the cost. And one way to ensure that only active players upgrade those buildings, and not multiple accounts, is to have it count towards the ranking.

We could tweak this by having each player have their own alliance buildings and upgrading them themselves. However, only the lowest-level building of a fellow alliance member could receive the bonus. This way, everyone would have to work as a team to help other alliance members upgrade their buildings to good levels, which would undoubtedly discourage multi-accounts.
