You should remember that suggestions should not favor one group of players over the others. They should be neutral. Also this channel is meant to share suggestions with GF, and not a discussion thread between players.

1.Instead of giving rewards in percentages, give them in fixed units! Everyone would get the same amount, and it would help smaller players rise through the ranks faster!!!
