INSIGHT

  • Many players have the research tree maxed, and can't invest more research points & don't have a reason to produce them
  • Mythology doesn't have a Future research, while the other trees do
  • There is already space in the God's Shrine UI for the second god

SUGGESTION

  • Add ability to activate the Second God for each city (for example, player can activate Wine Production + Gold production)
  • Second God should have only 20% effectiveness of the God Shrine bonus (example: 1st god - 2% production per level, 2nd god - 0.4% production per level)
  • Add new research Future or Mythology that will give 2% effectiveness for the Second god per level

Future of Mythology lvl 25 would increase the effectiveness from the second god by 50% (20% base + 50% from research = 70% final effectiveness)

Just so we're on the same page, you basically would love to get two things with this suggestion:

  1. Add the research "Future of Mythology"
  2. The research should initially enable the player to choose a second god per city.
  3. Any further level of the research should increase the bonus received by the second god.

Is that an accurate summary of your suggestion?

  2. No. Player should always be able to select the Second God, but it would only give the 20% effectiveness compared to the Main (first)god, which has 100% effectiveness

Or there could be another research in the same tree that would allow to select a second god

  1. Yes. 2% effectiveness per research level, which would make a summary with the base 20% effectiveness of the second god

Example for level 13 research: 20% base + 26% research = 46% effectiveness
