@raven spindle I'm done with high value H2H. I have a double fused, well augmented stage 6 car. I beat the top 5 racers by 0.5-1s, when their pp is above or below mine, and I still wake up to zero points, while they sit in the multiple thousands. There is a serious flaw here with game design - so unless there are new h2h formats, this game is going to die. Shootouts are as rare as hens teeth, and there have been some seriously good suggestions in discord for other formats that could work. This next season could be telling for the lifespan of this game, especially if the players continue to be misled with changing information. Trust has gone, event gameplay is going, and it's a shame because it's a fun game.

You are completely correct, but we’ve told them that for a year. Not only did they do nothing about it, their only objective is to encourage more ticket buying and more sandbagging. If you aren’t a sandbagging coiner, this just isn’t the game for you imo.

They have rotten to the core..only money grabbing on their eyes now..they just afraid to admit they change the rules for collector eventually because the will see more money can be collected from us as they know most of player must have upgrade the Lambo tier S due to patch notes and just barely upgrade the tier A lambo..so just change the rules, so those really want to complete the ladder of collectors will force to upgrade the cars..simple..with stage 2 and 3 resources are hard to come by, player will force to spend gold to upgrade..so they success in grabbing money..if I am wrong, why not just give the tier S Lambo permission to be used to finished that ladder..? let us win it easily as good gesture of the mistake they make..Hutch don't need to increase any rewards in the ladder..just maintain as it is..just let us whom have all those 3 cars win easily..if they really sorry for their mistake..what I see here, they never feel sorry for their mistake..only sees money in their eyes and pocket..

Entering multiple events is detrimental to the player. Ads ticket is shared between all events so you are not as competitive as other players who are involved in only one h2h. And the only way to overcome this is... buying extra tickets

And we all know the patch notes has influenced actions racers did. Moreover, these Changes are detrimental to customers. Anyone sometimes find all the settings are reset, and you need to go through all the tutorial messages? This one seemed to be triggered from me forcing an app restart after the screen froze while waiting to start event race. It already took my ticket, too (collector event). Not first time it crashed at this moment, I think from switching back to the app that was left in events screen. @raven spindle

I sometimes get black screen while playing an ads. It's a bit annoying if you need to rematch a race. You just lost the race

I get it all the time as well. What you do is get off the app and go back on it by clicking on the app icon on your screen. You will get another attempt at it. If it's a rematch ad then you probably have to wait for like 30 second for the ad button to become responsive again. Don't go back to the app from multitask screen.

Happens all the time. The bot cars are programmed to follow a certain line. Once you know the line they use you need to avoid them.

We can't update the iOS icons in the same way as Android, and we are also following Apple's rules on the icon use.
We're always testing new icons for the stores but the F-150 has been the most popular on iOS for soooo long. Believe me, we're always trying to get a new icon on iOS.

This AD always freezes on 3 seconds when it’s the second of 2 ads. Only way out is to close video and watch AD again and hope it’s a different one. If it’s rematch with AD, you’re stuffed.

The Miura is a D tier car, starts at 1*
Rung 14 of the ladder gives 25 Fusion Credits to get to 2*
Rung 15 of the ladder requires 2*
Rung 20 of the ladder gives 25 Fusion Credits
The Grand Prize for completing the Ladder is 25 Fusion Credits, 10 Gold Keys, 10 Silver Keys, + "More"

So that should mean you collect 75 credits from the event if you complete it, right? 👀

I remember they did the same thing when the ladder for Pontiac was run ages ago. Only 50 fusion given even though 1st fuse was 25 and second fuse was 50. Left me with only doing one fuse and 25. credits leftover which were basically useless for the next year or so. I remember having to wait ages to get the other 25 credits to do 2nd fuse. Now as I’m writing this I am getting the vague feeling that the same thing happened with the Mazda as well, and I was pretty happy when I finally got the extra 25 credits not long ago. Absolutely ridiculous way of doing things. Just Another way of pissing us off🤬😡😡come on @katie prove my memory wrong and fix this up how it should be with the right amount of credits please. Thanks.

Hey guys!! Got a message back on this - the 25 fusion credits needed to bring you to 75 can be found in the Miura H2H, which is also free to enter as long as you have the car! 🙂 The credits are given to all positions, so you will receive them at the end of the event just for entering.

You haven't done it right. You get off the app completely and then go back on the app by clicking on the app icon rather than using multi task screen.

The new ads provider has brought some improvements: ads works out of the box now (no need to wait a month for initialization or something after you install the game)
Still, there are things that need to be fixed: blank screen happens too many times and ads takes more time to load. You hit ads button it said Unable to play an ad this time. Sometimes you have to wait up to 15 seconds.
Please stop 5 bronze keys 5 ads rewards, unless you want people to watch less ads. And we all know less ads means less income from ads

I think you should bring some improvements for Lamborghini cars for next update. They fly with such ease, have bad grip and sometimes steering issues. Thanks

And that’s worse because not only you lose 50 point immediately, but your weak time is then available for others to race. This really needs attention to fix it. It happens on AD rematch and gold rematch.

This is my current stock of resources .... yellow are near full or full and red are critically low. As can be clearly seen there is a massive imbalance in the "random" algorithm. Could you at least remove the -20 forfeit penalty while you work on this? I really don’t understand why the -20 exists- if i want to quit a race, I can just pause and quit and take the race loss - what situation is the -20 forfeit trying to penalise?

I haven’t experienced this with this particular event, but it is a common occurance to accidentally enter a wrong event. Hutch will refund your gold for a ladder (as long as you don’t race), but they will not for a H2H. It is a risk in playing this game that many of the icons look similar, and the entry map and Hub are way to cluttered.

Katie has said as it already needs 2 clicks before you can join, they decided that adding confirmation is no longer necessary. I think having confirmation still makes sense to avoid such accidental entry to a paid event

@raven spindle please can this be resolved? Seemingly you have a confirmation pop up when entering events through the Events page but not from the map. The confirmation pop up should appear on both. If anything it is more likely that people will inadvertently join an event from the map view as the map often takes a long time to upload/move. I have spent much of this afternoon talking to your unhelpful support team who are unwilling to help. You have designed the system which creates this issue but are unwilling to resolve the inevitable consequences of your failed design.

On a personal note I have wasted a load of gold and will see very little of it back as I have also wasted an afternoon of racing during which everyone else has picked up a large number of points.

Yes, it’s the events that don’t appear on the map where you have to view them from the event page that causes the problem. It seems random why sone events don’t show up on the map, I’d say that’s the bug at hand.

I’ve seen three or four events not show in the map this season. I know one in particular was off road and there was nothing currently on that part of the map so there was definitely room. I talked about this to Support some days ago, they told its intentional... That they have many multiple events now, so some appear in the map but others only appear in the events menu/hub...

(I told them of course this was a TERRIBLE idea, nobody likes the new events hub and its not easy to spot new events there..)

Seriously! Not only is that new events hub a terrible design that doesn’t fit the rest of the game, it actually makes certain information HARDER to get to easily. And mirrored cars? What designer wouldn’t take into consideration the existing artworks and work around them instead of reversing them? And the icons are meaningless. Does a moon mean Off-Road? No, in fact, only sometimes. And putting the Durango as the icon for an event you’re either using the Macan or Defender in was super confusing. Wasn’t designed for different aspect ratios either. The whole thing is a mess.

If you pause to rematch, you risk getting the black screen and a forfeit; if you finish the race, you risk the rematch buttons not working and a forced loss, which time is then available for other racers to beat. Either way a bug gets you. Why can’t these be fixed? They ruin an event. And it happens every event.

I find it aggravating whenever someone complains about the resources being horribly unbalanced hutch always replies with "don't worry they're random, it's all good" while completely missing the point that "random" is a horrible distribution strategy.

"Don't worry, we implemented a horrible algorithm to do the job, so your complaint is unfounded"

If you can't tell, I'm getting really aggravated with getting cash refunds for full resources while many others sit at zero

I had the same issue when I fused my 991 GT …. Nitro and handling both dropped and the car was half a second slower. I did raise with CS and didn’t hear anymore

Nitro & handling are lowered after fusion - it is part of the rebalancing to make sure the car is not over powered. it's same with every car in game. I am not sure who told me this but it was a hutch staff.

This is a known issue. Don’t pause and rematch; run your race, then rematch. You will have to run the risk of a poor time, but that way you won’t suffer the point loss. Of course, there is still a chance that the rematch will still malfunction on a finished race (another known issue). As a side note, I enjoy observing “champion” racers doing lot’s of rematches. It would be great to have a shoot out with no rematches. We would probably end up with a different set of top racers just like shoot outs disadvantage the coiners.

Not a bug per se, but an issue for early players with game playing is that there is a lot of fusion credit that we will never use. Would it make sense to allow the credit to be transferred into the paint credit for customization. There are so many customization options now with paint credits being quasi-impossible to get. Just saying, before fusion credits were hard to get, but now fusion credits are for the most part useless. Lots of missed opportunities in this game, like ending at level 100, trophies are pointless, etc. Anyway, if it hasn’t been suggested before, I really think developers should consider that possibility.
