Sorry all, I forgot to respond in the channel yesterday. Yes, you do have to fuse to finish the ladder. I will make sure event notes include this information in future so it is far clearer.

When it's NOT SPELLED OUT BEFOREHAND, it's crooked to say the entry requirements are one thing and change the requirements later in the event. I entered the Mclaren ladder because Lotus qualified for the entry requirement. Now, at race 18, Lotus does not qualify. If it's Hutch's intentions to be deceptive like this with future events it will be time to delete the game.

@clever reef ,it is not a failure, if you fuse your GT to 6 star, only the power increases but not the others. nitro, handling and traction will be reduced. if you upgrade nitro with stage 6 you can see the results.

This game is evil in the sense that everything is a lie! Don’t trust anybody! Don’t ever trust numbers & don’t ever trust what Hutch says! Then maybe you will survive! Evil game by evil creators!

@ripe charm Bro buddy, I’ve not picked on you in our event. I haven’t seen you pick on me either. The tier D weekly requires 2 fully maxed vehicles to compete for the win. My camaro is only 1 upgrade away and that is where I lose all my points when I’m away. It’s astounding that I have waited for over 2 months for 1 single part, the brake rotor, to maximize my vehicle. It may be over 2 months. Why is this part so impossible to achieve?

Though it didn’t have the extra tracks & trucks it was a very well put together and fair game BUT, then they started changing things & fiddling with everything so now the game is corrupted! The problem is that the game needs to punish people for bailing out of a h-2-h that they don't think they can win. The game can't tell the difference between someone closing the app on purpose versus the phone losing connectivity.
But maybe 40 points is a bit excessive? My guess is they wanted a number that would be worse than losing a race where you are an insane favorite.
Which is sound logic, if the h-2-h didn't have other bugs like giving us crazy low times for our match-making so all three Options are impossible, but it assigns them as if they are feasible.

We’re not ignoring h2h bugs, but we really need a !bugbot report for bugs reported here, as that’s what gives us the Hutch ID. Without the Hutch ID we can’t lookup the account and race history. That makes it much harder for us to recreate and fix.

Before everything took off with the off road races like it is now I had a truck from every tier and ended up using 2 for a fuse on another vehicle now your doing ladder events and daily runs and the trucks i need I cant get because they came open in events to win “A class trucks”. Can you set up something where they can be won again even if its not in off road races???

Hey @slate oasis, nothing to report on that one unfortunately. By the time we were able to find KB's account those race details were no longer in the history. We're increasing the size of the race history going forwards so it will be easier to track down these anomalies. Thanks!

Hey @slate oasis, we do have a number of MOD checks in the game that will show up on a players account. We then periodically ban those players. I can't say that the checks are 100% effective as there are always new MOD builds appearing and those MODs are often implemented differently. That means that we need to keep updating our checks to detect them. So, whilst we don't need players to report MODs, it can be useful for us, as it might be a MOD that we're not aware of yet. As for KB's screenshot, I'm not sure if that was a player using a MOD or a bug in our matchmaking logic that served him a ghost for the wrong track. That's why we really need to see the race data and specifically the ghost. By increasing the size of the race history per player on our servers, we'll have that data to check. Thanks!

I've been wondering for a while but is there a period of time for a result to conclude and then the server to update? An example would be the leaderboard. We can't seem to refresh it manually but it seems to refresh automatically after a set period of time. Is this the same case for h2h race results, where if we set a new best time it takes time for it to be implemented (and therefore we have some people racing our old best before the server catches up)?

Hey @fallow timber , you’re right that the leaderboard in the UI popup does update periodically, but it also updates after a race. We did originally think about a refresh button, but were worried about too much load on the server. As for your race result, when you cross the finish line the game sends your result and your ghost to the server. The server then runs some logic on the result to determine points and rewards, and then saves the ghost to the server storage, so that it can ready for a player to race against. All of those steps take time, and that time can vary based on factors like your internet connection, the server load at that time, or it’s internal network speed for example. So it is possible for a player to be matched against your previous ghost whilst that is all happening, even if that process only takes one second.

So to sum it up would you care to demonstrate this by comparing same level event in past to the one in present ? May be we can learn how to add up ? Here is a quick comparison for you; The ladder event on left had 250 gold return and 400 more fusion credits and probably more gold keys as well. You can dig up any other similar event in past. they all returned minimum 50% - 60% gold back or more ...

@potent trench ,the current h2h system is no longer a matter of low and high rankings, all ranks are mixed up in one bracket. starting from challenger-legend, so I don't care if my opponent from challenger-legend is all the same for me 😎
I have my own principles in the h2h event, whoever takes my points even though he's from the challeger-legend rank, I will definitely repay him, even though I spent gold to rematch 👍

@coarse bronze We changed the Augment application rules so the Tier S augment does have a valid car to apply to now. If you opened your ticket with Support before that update, then you had a valid case of no in-game cars available to apply the augment to.

This is the exact type of behavior that has your veteran players extremely frustrated. Hutch is becoming more and more unreasonable. We keep hoping Hutch will listen to us, but it seems like Hutch is purposely doing the opposite.

When we fetch a hard opponent, we try to find an opponent with closest time to +0.25s but not slower. It doesn't mean that their time will always be worse than yours.
It depends on the available ghosts in your event bucket.
An opponent is considered hard if their time is -0.25s -> +0.25s from your best time.

Looking at the times, it looks like you're his easiest opponent for that track. He's not raced you 5 times in a row, but at a spread interval.

Hi there, I’m playing the D weekly tournament and I lost one ticket because of a bug. The game restart, I confirmed that the ticked was lost an what is more incredible is that I lost 40 points without play. In this case I lost the possibility to win arround 30 points and I lost more 40 points because a bug. I lost arround 70 points on my classification. What will you do to fix this?

When I race him, I beat him by a long way. So, I don’t know how he’s beating my times. This new system is screwy. I want to race the fastest players! Not the ones I beat by .250 every time! Does seem strange the highest level I could challenge was 9th place, the algorithm just seems a bit off . The scoring is definitely messed up. I experienced the same constantly. Sometimes for the good and sometimes for the bad. It’s just all screwed up. These developers always take extreme measures to “fix” problems. When the opponents were too hard they made them way too easy. When the scoring was too difficult they went overboard and gave too many. Now we can’t face the opponents that take our points. When will there be a happy medium to this game?

@arctic fulcrum, the way I see it, they control the players pace of progress. If they give you all the parts you need, you will stop spending and that would result in loss of revenue.

@sick raft The game finds the first applicable car from your garage that matches the requirements and highlights it. (We have plans to change this so it highlights all cars that apply.)
It will let you enter with any of the cars though, so do ignore the highlighted option if you want to enter with the Focus.

@teal meadow Every week there are open entry events. This week there's: Tier D Head-to Head, Tier A Resource Run Ladder, Tier S Head-to-Head. Also this week 2 events have 3 manufacturer requirements and that covers a large number of cars in that Tier for entry. I don't know if this week feels less generous to you, but do let us know if something is stopping you from entering - e.g the Tier the events are in etc.

You can restore your save if you previously signed into Facebook or Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Sign-In (iOS) in the game. You would need to reinstall the game and then play through the initial tutorial until you get the backup save popup or can access those buttons via the options menu.

Hi @teal meadow, there’s an issue with the app showing the wrong fuel at the moment. The correct fuel is being deducted on the server and it should refresh after the next race or if you reboot the app. There’s a code fix going out for it on Monday morning. Apologies for the confusion it’s causing.

@ancient aspen nope. After you race the boss once, you lose your chance for that car. Although there have been rumors that Hutch may give us another chance at it, now that we learned how the game works.

Hi, I start the game with 8/8 full fuel, after 1 race with 1 fuel use, it dropped to 3/8 fuel. It happened almost every time when I play the game. I predicted the situation and actually record a video before and after one race but it’s too big to upload. Anyone else has the same problem?

The game's performance is different after the upgrade. The screen freezes in the middle of the race on multiple ocassion. When actually do get to complete the race... I'm making faster times than I used to yet my race line is the same. Not a bad thing but what else could have gone wrong

Hey @teal meadow , do you mean the fuel error message, "Status 400: Unable to reduce fuel for HutchId", or do you mean the fuel amount reducing by more than you expect after a race? If it's the latter, do you use the restart option a lot from the pause menu, or do you use the retry for ad option after the race a lot?

@arctic fulcrum that's why i'm asking more Q's - We are looking into the issue. If you can share details of the races you are in and buttons you pressed when the error happened, the team may be able to find and resolve the issue sooner 🙂

@raven spindle ,when I logged in the gas display was available 8 gas, then I raced easy money and didn't do the next race. when I returned to the initial view in the game my gas available 5 gas 🙂

@raven spindle it doesn't matter which buttons are pressed. The problem is that the gas increases to 8 in the display, when we might only have 4 or 5. When it does this, it won't let us watch ads to increased gas. Then after we race, it removes 1 gas from our actual count and displays that. That's why it looks like it is dropping from 8 to 3 or 4.

@raven spindle I did the tier s double payout. I had been off the game for a bit maybe 20 minutes, I do recall thinking “ cool I have a full tank, I was off longer than I thought”. Maybe had to select my tier s car before hitting the race button.

@raven spindle ok m’lady just happened again. After playing tier s and off road daily test drives and 3 tier s double payout (5 fuel) i was at 3 fuel. I closed the app. (iPhone - hit home button twice closed app by swiping up) Relaunched about 30mins later (see time to next double payout) had full fuel but should have been 6 (allowing for race times etc plus time away would have regained 3 fuel) Then played tier s Easy money. As I clicked race button fuel dropped to 5. Hope this helps.

Not sure if this has been covered yet, but I joined a head to head earlier today and earned a couple hundred points. Then I fused the car I used, and now my point balance is back at 0? Is that how it’s supposed to work? This was for the current Subaru BRZ event, and I fused from stage 5 to stage 6.

@rose relic unfortunately, just because you don’t have those vehicles, there are vehicles that can use them. Whether for sale, or can be won through events. They won’t change those out. I’ve had luck with a few augments that have no vehicle that they can used in. For example, I had an s augment for Subaru, for lotus and for 1 other I can’t remember right now, but after weighting them a complaint they changed those. As long as there is NO vehicle that can use the augment they will swap it out

@coarse bronze ,BILL, williwm has all the cars in the game except the custom road car, the point is that he can use the generic S augment to all tier A and S cars when the h2h event comes. But you're right as long as there are cars for the augment they will never want to swap it 😄

So the issue with fuel tanks and the fact that easy money no longer gives as much resources is something that a player on rebel racing must just live with. I'm not seeing any updates yet this issue is being raised every other day by different players

I’ve managed to win this one a few times. You just can’t make any mistakes. The 1st corner is hardest because if you jump in air just a lil bit, you will ram into the green truck and slow down. In order to win you can’t have ANY slow downs.

@raven spindle it still shows like my picture, above. You can see the title and track are for the normal tier D. But the entry fee, entry requirements, and awards are for the off-road.
When I click on the D off-road, it shows 100% correct for the D off-road h-2-h
It doesn't matter if I select the D h-2-h from the map or from the home screen.
This is from the actual D off-road h-2-h. They are different, but the normal D looks partially wrong still.

So, you should somewhere in your emails have one from Apple with a date on it for the purchase. WIth that email - the CS team can use the data on the screenshot for time of purchase etc to narrow down which game is yours

- Open App Store App
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Tap your name and email
- Scroll down to "Purchase History"
- Find last Rebel Racing purchase and select the "total billed" line
- Take a screenshot of that receipt

@worn temple After talking to the Server team, they confirmed we do have logic in to always provide a range of times to players where possible. Unfortunately, if you haven't set a time faster than anyone else, you wont have an easy opponent to race against.
In your first screenshot - all players are shown as difficult because you haven't set a time yet.

2006 Ford GT- I fused it to a 4 star and now it says 411>411 on any tier six upgrade. Shouldn’t it be going higher than 411 using the priceless stage six recourses that don’t drop in events.

Sometimes the PP doesn't go up, even though the Nitro/Power/handling/traction goes up. Look to make sure one of those goes up. But yeah, I would expect at least a 1PP increase.

Not that I would use those parts on this car but +10 & 411>411 when the PP rarely comes into play is foolish. Using the stage six parts has no clear advantage over a completely maxed car. I could use 36 stage 6 parts but I would not be any faster than where the car is now.

Looks like you get +10 power per engine, gearbox, exhaust, intake upgrade. So it should give you a small advantage. But I agree. For how expensive it is with many of these extremely rare parts, the improvement is almost negligible.

My guess is that Hutch knows how rare it will be for someone to upgrade Stage 6. So they probably want someone with max stage 5 to still be able to compete with a poor-driving max stage 6. But give a slight advantage to a totally maxed stage 6.

I assume handling means you can turn tighter at faster speeds. So what does traction mean, then? I would assume the same thing.
Maybe better traction means you hold the turn more before drifting?

To adding power GT 2006 you can use augment A of each section 👌

@cerulean seal The Tier S weekly h2h event registration finishes at 4:00am BST, approximately 7hrs 10mins from now. If you enter the event, the "ENDS IN" timer will show the time until the event ends on the 7th.
@tawny pelican When you're away from the game other players will still be matched against your ghosts, and you can win or lose points. On your race history it will say GHOST next to the entry to indicate that you were away from the game.
