They only have 2 categories. Levels 1 thru 10 are grouped together. If ur above level 10 u are thrown in with everyone else. There really should be more brackets.

If u are new to thegame then the very first h2h u enter is D tier h2h whch is separate for lvl1-10. Before participating in any other event you will already be above lvl10 so u will be paired with others now.
Though there are separate ranks like Novice , Racer , Challenger etc.
I doubt if they even work...!

I saw in my bracket there was a player"Race reward" in the h2h K5 costum event and he was a hole point for champion players and above ๐๐คญ

I see the longer I follow the ladder event "PVE" resources, gold and gold keys are reduced step by step. Before the ladder event for Tier A, there were 100 gold keys but now there are only 85 gold keys, you are too corrupt and discriminating again players rebel racing game. as long as you know Hutch_we entered the ladder event not for free but paid for 400 gold but not commensurate with what we got in this tier A ladder event.

All i can say is that i am involved on multiple Discord servers of other games, and i can attest that the normal โenvironmentโ on these servers is quite different than here: people are mostly discussing strategies, sharing tips, and overall having a positive experience; i feel like on this server things go differently, as the majority of the conversation revolves around negative aspects of the game, technical issues, frustration, and overall disappointment and dissatisfaction with the game, or at least big parts of it. Iโve been also noticing a lot of new players quickly realizing the ill tactics used on the game to, letโs call it โmaximize profitsโ...
I canโt emphasize this enough: yes, Iโm ok with paying for entertainment, and i believe 99.9% of us feel the same way... but when the amount of money you are paying is so much greater than the perceived value you are getting in return, thereโs no other outcome than inevitable frustration and discontent.
Not all is bad though: There are some positive aspects of the game catering a niche of the market, that gives it an added value: for instace, the fact that the races are on a short format, thus requiring a โshort term commitmentโ that allows players to pick up the game for a few minutes and then keep doing whatever needed (work, study, etc.).
I think itโs a matter of time for other games to pick this up, and improve upon this system, copying the good, and actually listening to the feedback provided here to avoid the bad.

If you don't link your game to facebook or use the backup, your game isn't backed up for re-download/syncing with another device.

@arctic fulcrum As Rebel said, you will have been slower to a decimal not shown in the display. This isn't a display issue though, we have to cut off the numbers somewhere!

How are you switching between internet providers? Do you reboot the game when you switch internet provider or do you do it whilst you're playing? No one else on this channel reports this error as frequently as you do.

When you say the game crashes, I don't know if that means that the app closes down to the OS home screen, or whether it means you get a server error displayed on screen. If it's the latter then what does the error say? Is it just the head to head rematch that you have problems with, or does the same thing happen when you watch an ad for a ticket, or for fuel, or for cash? When you post something like "For the love of God fix the game /Ads crashes" how do you expect us to resolve that when there are no details? We honestly don't want you to have a frustrating experience with our game, but it's becoming really difficult in this channel to separate detailed information on bugs from all of the discussions.

1- You click watch ad to rematch ... the ad plays some times and once finished instead returning to game for re match the game crashes and you on you phone Home screen and you need to restart the game ..... and ofcousrse you end with -ve points .
2- Some times you click ad for re match and it just crashes out to OS and on restart you again find out to have negative points ...
3 - Not sure if you noticed but majority of the racers are tired of reporting the issues now... Honestly tell me do you see many old / senior racers here any more ? I know many who have quit mainly for these reasons....

I play on 2 accounts, under one single ISP, one account on my iPad (main account), which is linked to my FB, and the other on my iPhone (secondary account, not linked). I am active on multiple discord communities for different games, and it is quite a contrasting experience as in here most of the conversation is always revolving aroung issues on the game, and not the game itself.

I already reported this issue with the ads recently, and no one gave me even a โweโll look into itโ.
The ongoing conversation was about issues with ads, therefore i felt it was proper to jump in.
Iโm sorry every channel is overflowing with complaints, and i can understand that complaints can get on the way of a simple, short and concise bug reporting, but when you report the same crap, over and over again, and you donโt even get a reply, and then you notice itโs still happening, not only to you, but to many more players, thatโs when the complaints start to pile up and get in the way.
The problem is clearly not on our end.
... and the fact that you chose to begin your actual reply by accusing me of misconstruing what you said, tells me you are rather on the defensive.

The main bug with this game is not even on the game itself; the core game is good, specially the short races, which is something not offered elsewhere right now; the game has a decent interface and graphics (for what it is), but the main issue seems to be that the game is so poorly managed that the end result is this blob of overlapping issues.
Maybe you guys (the dev team) are great... but maybe thereโs the version of the game you WANT to build vs. the version of the game the management is imposing...
whatever it is, we, the player base, feel the disconnect, and i hope, as you do, that one day this channel is empty... just as much as i hope i can one day wake up and get to play the damn game without having to come here and read of write about a new problem or bug.

Also in H2H is the most recent time you set, the time that people race against or is it your best ever time in that particular event? Iโve experienced both...

This means you canโt afford to leave a very bad time - your ghost will be thrashed while you are not looking, and the only way you can make any points is by beating your personal best or running a lot of 10 point easy races.

@restive patrol I told them earlier about ths issue but they said it is a part of game's physics. Physics shud be addressed too...it's funny how cars start flying with just a bump.
This Wheels issue occurs in every car with low ground clearance.

And the fact that I canโt race proves that the fuel values in the top right are not correct but the ones in the pop up GUI are correct

@silk needle Sorry for your experience! We released an update today, when a new version is released everyone updating to latest version is moved to a new "room". As we enabled force upgrade this evening, all the players from the old room would eventually be moved to the new one so you should have more opponents soon.

If the player is not showing green your chances of beating that person are slim to none! If a players stat shows green with A stat of :199 that SHOULD mean that you have an advantage at beating/winning that challenge! In this case this particular person was the middle pick! In my mind I should be able to win especially when he has a lower pp than me for one but two with that large of a spread should have been a rather easy win! But because of all your manipulations to this game that too is a false positive! Itโs a lie, itโs a scam and it is evil! Again itโs a manipulation for more profit on Hutch games! @manic umbra I got past it with 333pp but I failed the first and second time until I realised I had not loaded any Augments. 18 Augments certainly helped and as Drifter said, it drops back to Easy for a couple of races.

you can disable your DM's again afterwards - they just need enabling for a short while to allow the bot to contact you

@left topaz your team actually advised me to step back and stop playing Rebel Racing if I am not happy with the current state of game. And funny enough since they have no clue what so ever about this game or how much it costs for rematches etc and how much frustration this causes ... they class these as **tiny issues ** If you get time try to contact your own CS as a normal racer and you will get an idea how hard it is ...!!!

Just read Bobโs essay again to refresh my memory. To paraphrase, I think he is saying, vehicle performance is the result of a big stack of variables which cause the vehicle, with a given configuration of these variables, to perform at a certain level and they have an assessment algorithm that coverts that performance in to a pp rating. (Not sure if that was really paraphrasing.)
If that is the case, then the issue really is that we do not get adequate performance kicks from the upgrades we buy and install. In the case of my 5 star Nismo, currently rated at 511pp, I need 120 stage 6 parts to max the car. For each of the slots, intake, Tyres, Exhaust, etc I need 20 stage 6 parts and for each of these slots the system shows the pp will move from 511 to 511 - ie less than 0.5pp for each slot. Before they system update I was at least promised an increase of 1 pp per slot. At the end of the vehicle upgrades I will only have a Nismo that is much slower than the AMG SLS GT before the equivalent upgrades.

Looking at the timings of the races - did you have a faster time set in the race you won, but the person you lost against was racing against your previous fast time that was slightly slower?
In the first screenshot there was a minute between the results, which shows your opponent would have been in the race select screen before you finished.
If you hadn't completed the new fast time yet as the opponent started a race, they would have only had you last time to go against.
I'll ask the team to check the above logic, but that is how it looks.

I checked your ghosts on the server and both times 22:380 and 22:138 are there.
Due to asynchronous nature of h2h, someone can get your ghost and complete the match after some period of time so it would show in the history after you submitted a different time.

For every race you finish in h2h, a ghost is saved, when you retry the ghost is overwritten with the new one, however if someone is matchmade against you in that short period of time before pressing retry and finishing the race, they would get that ghost.

As h2h is asynchronous multiplayer mode, the race can be finished minutes or even hours after matchmaking if the player minimises the game or even by doing multiple retries.

When I open the game, the Google games recognizes me, but the game hangs on the "fetching profile" screen then kicks me out and says it can't find my profile. Ok, this is a new one!
I just completed race 7 of the tier D Off-Road ladder, and i got a stage 2 piston as bonus reward, but it was converted it to cash, because of the parts cap.
However, turns out i just went through my parts inventory before that race, just to identify any capped parts, and i was able to use a stage 2 piston on one of my Subaru cars before doing this race, effectively lowering my inventory to 9, so i know for a fact that my stage 2 pistons were NOT capped!

@silk needle is the time in the top-right accurate for you? I've had the game give me a crazy fast time on one track, so it pitted me against 3 impossible opponents every time that track came up.

I'm not missing the point at all, we've covered this same question multiple times.
PP doesn't always change after fusing but the car performance and max PP does change. You are still unlocking benefits when you fuse.

@slate flint I will try to answer your car PP query in light of programming/ coding.... soon if you want. I had this issue before and took me a while but i figured the reason behind it. I will explain this with the help of your photo. It helped me understand in past i hope it will help you too

The final PP is already calculated and allocated to the vehicle at backend ; So in order to achieve that final PP and make sure that value is not exceeded some times the PP values will not reflect any increase once you upgrade a particular category ( it can happen more then once ) But at the same time you can see the red circle which reflect the performance value shows the increase by 11 points .... Now to sum it up the PP values can be misleading most of the times. Please read Bob explanation in #โฐโoff-road to get better understanding.
I may be wrong and not 100% accurate so @raven spindle please feel free to amend the above / add any info which may help to explain it better ๐

@slate oasis Thanks for your explanation and I have read Bobโs write up more than once. I get that the pp ratings are the end result of a series of inputs and track variability can be a factor. That said, there is still an issue here.
Below are two screen shots of my 2 GTRs. If I upgrade the engine slot of the white GTR with 15 stage 5 resources, I get a boost of 16 in the power stats and 1 in the pp rating. If I upgrade the engine slot of the black GTR with 20 stage 6 resources, I get a boost of 16 in the power stats and zero in the pp rating, starts at 511 and stays there. No doubt Hutch will use the pp mystery bag or rounding to explain the pp anomaly. They may even claim the law of diminishing returns but none of that washes. How long does it take, and at what cost, to accumulate 20 stage 6 resources and then , when we install them, the increase in performance doesnโt even register an additional performance point.
And donโt get me started on the fact that Hutch has repeatedly dismissed this as a fusing matter.

@sick raft it's not a dumb question. Bug bot helps Hutch process bug reports in a way their team can have basic information to follow, in order to try and fix them. think of it as an automated form: it asks you some questions, you give some answers, and then the report enters a queue/gets assigned to someone on the team for further investigation.

@sharp wyvern Steve recreated your bug on his device and upon a reboot, he saw the client updated the resource number. I wanted to be clear that if you saw the number update after a reboot, it wasn't because the issue was fixed. I had to be sure you were seeing the same outcome as Steve. If you had rebooted and the number didn't update - then he'd need to investigate some more.
As it stands, you had the same outcome as Steve and he's now written a fix that will go out in the next update.

Participating on a โresource runโ event is a transaction.
You pay gold (a.k.a. real-life money) to gather some parts to upgrade your cars.
When some of those parts are then converted into in-game cash, of which BTW everyone playing for a certain time already has millions of it, the people that paid REAL CASH for these parts, canโt help but feel like theyโve been cheated.
Conclusion: if Hutch wants to sell us the parts for gold, in the form of resource run ladder events, the least they should do is remove the capping.
BTW, while on the subject of selling parts:
400 gold for a total 10 parts (minus the ones that will inevitably be converted to cash...) on the upcoming resource run?

Iโm at a point where there are only the 3 new event cars and 2 custom event cars left for me to obtain. I havenโt needed a stage 2, 3, or 4 part since the G 63 and that was in May! At a certain point I think drop rates for stage parts need to be adjusted or I will never be able to acquire the s5, s6 parts to get 1-2 cars completely maxed. With $16 million in game cash adjust the drop rates or let me buy the parts not this one day a part and only 3 available to purchase! If you have a s5 or s6 part let me buy until Iโm maxed! Quit dropping crumbs, listen to the same old complaints/bugs and give light to those of us who are past the bs parts and need a store or a reasonable shot at upgrading a car.

At the moment, when you tap the left/right arrows, they only change to "solid" if you tap in the tight square area around the icon. However, players can hold anywhere in the bottom left and right areas of the screen to turn.
We are making a change to the 'Hit Area' for the buttons. So if you press anywhere in the control areas then the button will change to solid to show it's being pressed.
So our theory/possible assumption is that the left edge area of your screen was held and caused the car to turn.
But your feedback on that is welcomed as we can't see how you hold your device and are working on possibilities.

You see in the ladder event, after you get 200 fusion credits you have to fuse McLaren 570 S to 4 stars, that's why the McLaren ladder event is held for 6 days ๐
