Ladder D bug.
I hit the border on the right just before the finish and my car started to fly as usually. After it restarted i was already behind the finish line driving freely. Only after I touch the finish line again the race closed.

I just went into the B Tier Head to Head competition sitting with 350 points and in 6th place. I entered with 5 tickets, and the game froze after the first 4 entries before even racing. Not only did it take my tickets, but I also lost 120 points during the glitches. WTF!!!!! Come on guys, with glitches like this, I won’t be spending any more money.

The system is recording lower than achievable times against some of the circuits. As a result I am matched against the fastest ghosts on the system. Eg my best time on View Point is about 23:600 but the system shows it as 18:860. What is the point of competing if there is no chance of a win?

@slate flint usually that's a wrong time posted. It happens, look at the star rating. If you have good augments installed usually that's an easy 40 points

This is clearly a programming error which is likely referencing a time from a different circuit. As such, no amount of augments will make the time achievable.

@raven spindle, I went into the Tier B H2H sitting at 350 points after my first round, and in 6th place. After choosing my first opponent, the game froze on the “loading race” screen and the wheel wasn’t spinning, and would reboot on its on. It did this 4 times in a row. Not only did I lose the 4 tickets, but I also lost the points. I am on iPad Air 2nd GEN (but it’s done it on iPhone 11 Pro Max), on WiFi and Data.

@raven spindle i did when it happened and all i got back was sorry but we cannot do anything about the daily race as it is on a timer! Or something like that! This happened when i was trying to find out about my drops a week or so ago!

@raven spindle i know, but it's the losing your gas! When there is a crash and you lose gas regardless of the race you should get it back, i appreciate some races you can't get back because of such things but not getting gas back is like being penalised for something that is not in your control, and that is unfair! That is something that needs to be addressed!

you can back up your save to Facebook first. Once your game save is linked to Facebook, you can move device, uninstall and reinstall your game safely.

@viscid otter yeah I’ve seen this on the KTPlay forum, and had to explain that the game only shows up to 3 decimal points (0.000) but the game probably calculates up to more (0.0000) so you would might have won by 0.0003 for example

There's a bug about ads, i can see 2 or 3 then payer ils stucked. Fix it please.This bug IS on since several weeks.

The workaround for the ads is to quit the app (kill it) and relaunch 5 mins later.. Each time you can at least watch 1 ad.. On good times, maybe up to 3 ads.. Haha.. 😅

So, if I take the next step and choose to race in this head to head, complete race and get put back on the H2H Home screen, the results take a major shift, recalculated, true calculated results. This can be very inconvenient. Let’s say I want to assess my place and maybe not race at this moment because tickets timer is moving and I “appear” to be maybe in 3rd place. I’m waiting on other racers to make a move too. Maybe I jump in and race a race. Come back out and find out with the true results I was actually in 6th place! Damn! That’s frustrating to not have the accurate results on H2H Home screen when I first come into the head to head race screen.

At the risk of missing a previous answer (I skimmed the channel, but there are a lot of posts); when I go to the 'free cash' button, it will give fewer than the five videos. Is this a bug that other people have reported or am I the only one? I've already checked the app store and am updated as of yesterday. Been playing this game over 2 months and that has been an issue since the beginning. Options: 1.Restart the game 2.Quit the game and clear cache 3. Give it time and it will play later. 4.Quit the game permanently (I'm close to doing this for other reasons) Currently it's not possible to use the search on the bug channel to easily see what others have posted; GO FIGURE.

@coarse bronze Open a support ticket with the Customer Service team from your game under settings > Help & Support > Contact Us and they will be able to check your game data to see if you got the resources. If you didn't, they will be able to add them to your game.

In my defence I was just touching the screen in hope that i can speed up the level up animation and thats when it happened. Sadly it didnt even ask twice whether I want to spend my precious golds. Howdy!
With each Off road car there are 5 Boss races to beat. The idea here is to play through the PVE ladder whilst working through these boss races. Each boss becomes beatable after another 5 upgrades.
If you have a load of cash saved up you can obviously upgrade and smash through all 5 straight away!
The other cars will become available during Off Road season, so you'll be able to attempt the next round then. 🙂

How do I calculate the Bugatti H2H event point, I took the points minus 95 and I continued to race if you win it can point 17 and I won the race, it turned out to be the 10 points. I was more than my points, I added this minus, what this way was calculated.

@coarse bronze I think these two screens illustrate the issue. In the Select Opponent screen, my past time is shown as 18.5 seconds so the opponents I am offered are three of the fastest in the comp. I am running last and no way my car can achieve these numbers, much less the 18.5 seconds. I run a very clean run and get 20.6 seconds: I lose 33 points they get 33 points.

The point is as Ernest9899 has stated, I should not have been matched against any of those three and I was simply because a bug in the system recorded my past performance on that track as way faster than I, or anybody else, could achieve.

It may not be wasted. If it’s a stats oversight then those values should increase to their correct amounts once it’s fixed. I can’t say 100% until Bob looks into it and tells me what the problem is and what the solution is. Sorry to be a bit vague but I don’t want to give you incorrect information.

Hey @slate oasis, Just looked into your comments about NOS and fusing. Thanks for the feedback.
When fusing a car, the main check I make is that the car is getting an overall performance boost, taking into account all the stats and PP. So that does mean in some instances a single stat might go down, but the cars overall performance is better. Once you fully upgrade a fused car, all the stats will definitely be improved.
Just a as heads up, this kind of NOS drop will be the same on some other cars as well when fused.
Having said that all that, I appreciate it might be seen as a little odd, and quite honestly I wasn’t aware that the NOS was dropping that much on the Chiron. Unfortunately its not a super easy change to make at this stage, but might be something I look into in the future.
In the short to mid term, just remember that after a fuse you’re definitely getting a better performing car (usually by quite a bit). And when upgraded, it's max stats and max PP are significantly increased. Hope that clears things up a bit. :-)
P.S. Balancing is hard! 😆

But reality check is the car is sluggish and lacks boost compare to it was 4* before. The handling is poor as well. Now i don't have parts or gold to finish the upgrade. So in theory i am stuck with a sluggish car. Which is not fair i am sure you will agree. So either downgrade my car and return the car parts and gold i spent to buy the parts and used to keep up in h2h or max my car and put in the gold difference as a good will gesture. I am sure it is very reasonable request. Thanks

Hey, I just ran a quick test to check and these are the 4* and 5* performance values on a single track, on other tracks the difference might be even greater. You can see that the 5* has a higher top speed and completes the track quicker than the 4*. (An AI drives the vehicle to make sure the route driven is the same).
The handling shouldn't feel off from a fuse, but I can double check there's nothing funky going on.
The boost will not last quite as long, but your overall performance should be improved.
I'm definitely not discounting your point about NOS, and will investigate ways I can boost it, but need to be careful that fused cars don't become too OP (overpowered).
I'm off to go prototype some new tracks now, happy drifting!

@slender scarab FWIW I am with the Drifter on this. I am convinced my 5* Chiron is slower than it was as a 4*. But I put it down to the impact of the recent update. I also think my 5* GTR is slower than it was pre update and it has not had any other changes.
As to 5* cars being significantly better than the 4* version, surely an occasional level 6 resource would improve the situation. I can’t remember the last time I picked one up in the easy money etc runs.

You're put into groups of other players with similar trophy levels to you, so you aren't playing against people who have been top ranked in multiple events.
Having the better car will always mean you do better in events (assuming you have racing skill too!). Joining an event when you have a weaker car isn't going to set you back from the start, but you should have a strategy for upgrading as you take part to keep moving up and to keep you competitive. Racing other race types when waiting for tickets to regen will give those players the cash and additional resources they'll likely need to keep upgrading too.
To be able to fuse a car, you only need to max out 1 stat, so some players may have fusion credits they can use to get ahead that way too. E.G they have resources for maxing out the Exhaust and this then unlocks the fuse option.
Every players game will vary so their strategy will need to too. There's not a one-shoe-fits-all strategy as what you've unlocked will vary too.

Hey hutch, in the d class head to head today every time I raced this one Russian dude I beat him but keep getting an Error code then lose the 25 points and the ticket, happen three times! To add to this post I should have write down the guys name and error code. Sorry. Cheers!

@raven spindle joining the event with weaker car sets you off straight away and put you down at bottom. i have witnessed it many time and did in this event too. But I understand your point that only a full maxed car can survive.

Also since I hit lvl 100 instead of getting augments all the time I get like one in 20 races

@slate oasis I have beaten players with a PP advantage because they don't race the fastest lines - so the best way to play as an underdog is to master the tracks and experiment with the best places to use NOS.
I try to learn from players that beat me with less PP too by seeing what their Ghosts did differently to me. Costs 10Gold a pop to learn but you soon start to register the differences 😄

@long merlin We would need more info, but raising a support ticket with Customer Support from your game might help? (not guaranteed) it depends what is showing from the logs.

I did not know the the GT-R was a crate item now. Still shows find in events and 🏆 is the only listed not 🔑

"Find in events" is a bug. It will show "Find in car imports" with the next update.

Hey, can anyone who gets a server error at the end of a head to head event race that says "Finish time is worse than ghost finish time" please let me know if you had a slow motion race finish, or anything else that was odd about the race itself. Thanks 🙂

@coarse bronze @raven spindle question. I’m running in second and so far I think I’m the only 5*, thus I seem to be setting the fastest times. However in the last 5races I’ve not been given anyone in top 5. Worst still since starting I’ve been given the two michaels (see pic) at least 10 times maybe more. This really gives these guys no chance of winning! I thought this had been taking care of?

Only point system has been played around and position indicators introduced... nothing else has been addressed that is my understanding on this . Thanks for sharing the photo though 👍👍

@umbral wraith the system is finding you the most suitable opponents and those are most likely them. But we're consistently looking at our Head-to-Head events to try and consider ways to improve on them

@loud river I don’t envy you the job of trying to sort this out. I’m purposefully not racing the “mikes” and taking the slower people as to give them a chance. Unfortunately this means I’m losing out on points, which shouldn’t hurt me in this event but if this were closer lap times... 🤷♂️ 🤷♂️
p.s. I think I deserve a prize for that 23.785 on cave in. Just completed a respectable lap, and it was half a second slower!
