Is it something to do with ADs that force themselves into the App Store and back? I seem to get this problem more when they do that, especially if the screen shudders slightly when moving into or out of the App Store. 🤷‍♂️

Not to my knowledge it’s all part of the ad. I got used to hitting the done button so it will take you back to the ad only to wait another 15 seconds or so before you can close the ad. I’ve cut back on the number of ads that I watch altogether since more and more of them seem to flip the game upside down if you’re a tilt driver 😞

Because many people here are liking the short race. Playing tracks and laps are real pain when you are busy. You need to progress in the game if you want to play longer race (up to 2 minutes)

Is anyone’s game been glitching badly today? I’ve tried both 4G and WiFi and the game practically grinds to a halt during the race. Then it unfreezes, then glitches again. Not sure if this is a server issue?

It could be a number of things, but just wondered if anyone else was experiencing the same issues. Hopefully tomorrow will be better 🤞

I've found sometimes switching to airplane mode, back to the app for 1 second and then turn off airplane mode gets it to go again .... sometimes not though!

Yes the Ariel uses fuel tickets, you just have to wait 12 minutes to get a new fuel ticket, and don't forget the fuel advertising ticket 🤷

So, I tried to delete 200 photos and other apps (that were heavier) like Pinterest, etc... and I STILL cannot get in. One other racing friend told me to DELETE THE RR APP AND RE-DOWNLOAD IT. I am scared to do that! When you delete an app - the phone says all files/history/etc - will be gone forever! SO?? Anyone can confirm deleting the app won't delete my whole account and garage and everything?? I need to know for sure. I've been in this game for a very long time. THANKS for your responses!

We appreciate your taking the time to report this bug. We've already identified this situation and we're in the process of investigating it. It appears a change in Facebook's privacy policy may have affected the way the game obtains and displays your information.

Some players have mentioned a workaround where, if you remove the app from your facebook account's settings and reconnect it in the game, your name will show, but we don't recommend you do this as we haven't tested it on our side.

Just don’t bother. You’re the only one seeing it. Everyone else sees either your FB name or RR nr.

It seems to me that anything that has to do with ads causes glitches most of the problems with this game has been due largely to ads they cause a lot of malfunctions with rematch issues to the game just freezing and then you have to force quit and restart and at that point you have forfeited a race or lose a ticket or something that has made the game glitch but I don’t foresee Hutch ever getting rid of commercials they keep the lights on so if they don’t drive you crazy then you will probably stay with the game until you get so frustrated that you will quit the game so until that happens Hutch will continue to glitch the game with commercials just my opinion

Another option is to try to reset (always from phone settings) the ads preference/settings etc. It should resolve it because you will get different ads to watch

Ads are based from your recent research from web etc or any google/iOS services.

@coarse bronze just an fyi. The new version did not fix the spinning circle when you go back to your garage after racing. Seems like it happens a little less, but it definitely still happens. You have to wait for the game to switch to the rotating screen shots before you can do anything.

I think we can see that the cars are on rotation. But they change each season. The free cars are the same as season 29, which was Xmas last year. There was no free event car in the final week.

I’ve got a bug where I can’t even play the game. It puts me in the main menu but it’s got a gray tint over it with a loading circle. Can’t interact with anything except panning the camera around the car.

Only way I can find around it is letting it sit for a few minutes until it goes into the full freecam mode and then tapping the screen.

The spinning circle after going from a race back to your garage has been around for months. The developers said they were working on it, but now they won’t respond when asked about it. They may have abandoned even fixing bugs at this point.

Only thing to do is wait for the auto screenshot pics to start cycling, then you can play again. But I only have to wait about 10 seconds for that to happen, then the circle goes away.

Yes, it's a bug. Hutch is aware of it. It's in the pipeline to be fixed. Could take a while imo.
The only way around is to race fast. Or like he said himself quit/take a break from the game until it's fixed.

To summarise it only is problematic for sandbaggers. Probably why hutch doesn't see it as a priority to fix.

Yes, I believe the slow milestone issue comes from the server having trouble picking an opponent. There was one milestone for a new car, so no players to race, only Hutch bots. That milestone, and only that milestone, worked perfectly, no delays.

I updated the game in IOS and it is working now no spinning circle on the regular game but on the milestone it still lags but not all the time I might race six times with no problems then on the seventh lag so pretty much like the milestone usually runs but the regular game is ok on IOS after the update

Correct, that is the way it should work. This bug grays out the advert gas when it should be available. It rectifies itself, but I don’t know the correlation of why it occurs or how it resolves.

The club season and the rebel pass (along with its tasks) are too separate and independent events. The rebel pass used to start automatically but obviously something has gone wrong the past few seasons. Hutch needs to manually start the Pass apparently because no one has it right now.

Unfortunately, the other player gains points by your abandonment. It's stupid but it's the same for everyone who encounters this problem.
One solution is to reduce the game and hope for it to return to normal before the error message so that you can benefit from the victory, rather than a stupid forfeit.

They don't. They get points if you pause and quit the race. Not for forefit.

How do you verify ? When this WIN/forfeit occurs it forces a shutdown of game. When the game reloads it doesn’t show if opponent gained or lost points.

You would have to screenshot all the opponents scores each race to confirm. What a drag that would be. Better things to do.

It's a random crate, the car is only guaranteed after a certain number of openings, Before that the percentage shows on the crate. Sometimes it's clear (see the Exige crate) and sometimes it's not clear (see the 911 crate). Both will be guaranteed in 5 openings. i.e. if you don't get it in the first 4 openings you will be guaranteed to get it in the 5th

The Titan isn't offered in crates so what you're saying doesn't make a lot of sense with it. The Mini Cooper Tier C used to be offered in silver crates. It might have switched to gold recently. Either or unless you have proof you opened the guaranteed number of crates and didn't get it then you have nothing to stand by. Also why bring these claims up now if you said it happened a long time ago? Why didn't you bring it up when it happened? Sorry but it sounds fishy.

I’m honestly done. Here’s exactly what happened:

First, I lost a race. Then I watched an ad to race again — and lost again. Still, I didn’t give up. I waited 1 full hour just to watch another ad and race again. This time, I clearly won — I crossed the finish line first, dominated the whole race — but due to some error, the game said I lost.

That moment broke me. I lost hope. I dropped to position 20.

Still, I decided to move on and raced on another map. I won that race and climbed to position 19. Then a new race appeared. I carefully chose the strongest opponent I could to defend my position. I raced, gave it everything — and I won. I secured the 19th spot fair and square.

But guess what? 2 minutes before the event ended, the game kicked me back down to position 20 again.

What more do you expect from a player? I gave my time, effort, energy, and patience — and your game just erased it all.

This isn't just disappointing — it's disrespectful. I'm about to uninstall this 1.11 GB bug from my phone. Fix your game.

They only work a couple days a week now, it can take awhile for them to respond.

As pointed out, whenever someone races your ghost and wins, you lose points. Playing head to head is an art form that takes a lot of playing to learn.

As for your lost race, the visual aspects of the game are not perfect, it’s possible a car appears to slightly win but didn’t. Also waiting an hour to get a rematch isn’t a great practice, you lose a free ad ticket that way.

It's a bug It's a bug that has always existed in the game, for me I don't pay attention to it anymore since long time ago I just focus to get the better line to win , for the ranking I think you need more pp to hope for a better ranking for example top 19 otherwise you can't, you should settle for the top 20.

I think is not a visual aspect, even the chrono do the same thing it show different when you cross the arrival line and what show in the result.

And at the start of some races you can see opponents car moves faster than your but sometimes when you try to rematch you can see clearly your car is moving faster 💯😉

There's so many bugs in this game.

Anyone who's played this game for a while has learned to ignore and override the bugs. Consider it part of game's charm. 😆 In the end it's just a game. If you're taking it that seriously where it bothers you that much, then you should find something else in life to do that doesn't stress you.

Running android 12, watch an ad, at the end of the ad tap to close, everything freezes, close app, relauch app, no ticket or gas can for watching ad, option to watch ad for ticket or gas not available 30min cooldown.

Nvm, closed app again and relaunched. Option to watch another ad available.

There was a first change, but it's on the - button that you have to click, not on the + button. Before there were 4 repeating events, now there are 5 😉

For those who don't know how to hide time and who are tired of people who cheat in the game.... Many of you have noticed that there are many players playing against you, but you can't see them or play against them... You have to hit the wall until the car changes color... In this case, no matter how fast you go, no one will find you. This way, many players play like Max Grinder... I hope Hatch fixes this problem... Many players are tired of this method.

This is now a feature and not a bug. Hutch will be expanding the number of repeating H2H’s to a dozen or more soon since it seems the competition to win each club season is declining significantly.

It is already surprising that there is still a competition to win every season. Those who have been playing for years now have three copies of each car and I am referring to Tier GT, S and A, the other lower ones can be dozens.

Correct; apparently the fix was to eliminate duplicate events and replace it with sextuplet events. 😂

It came back up. Had lost the ticket from first race. Ran it again, no issues. Ran second race and got this. Didn't get reward from race, but used ticket. Hope it helps.

This is a known long time bug, share your screenshots with support through game chat 💬 they can look up there and make any necessary adjustments accordingly.

Until Hutch fixes it, the only way I know to get it back is force close the app then reopen it. That may take, 2, 5, or more than 10 times but it will come back on one of the restarts.
