My SNV4 Pro board lost two resistors on the back where is stuck down to the chassis. Two that I can see anyway. It’s version E3.2 as designed by Shark with the reset switch. One of the resistors is right at the positive out by the switch, the other came out somewhere in the middle.

That first one is not a resistor, that's the main power channel MOSFET that acts as the power gate from the board to the pixel adapter. I would need to see a still shot of the board to tell what else you may be referring to since I can't tell in the shaky video.

Tried to contact TXQ and just got met with a “?” And nothing else.

from what I can see it's that before mentioned channel FET and it looks to be an IC that is on the amp/charging regulation side of the board. Board needs a replace.

Yeah you hit the nail on the head. The charger was the first thing that went. Thank you for taking a look brother! I’ll put an order in for a new one right away
