Looks like the proffieboard plugin isn’t installed, or isn’t installed correctly
Have you gone through the setup? (If Raven doesn’t have it I’ll pull it up, give me a sec)
If you’ve done that, I would try uninstalling the plugin, ensuring the link is in the settings in “board manager urls), and try reinstalling
FWIW unless you’re using a more niche config it can’t handle, ProffieConfig might be easier since it does this setup automatically.
Otherwise, if you continue having issues
It looks like you’re on v1.x of Arduino
Depending on how old it is, that could also be an issue

I would use the latest v1 or even upgrade to v2
