Installed a new kyberphonic font (ahsoka) on my saber (baselit) everything is working well till I get to the swing gesture.
When I use the swing gesture the saber turns on half lit and dim then blinks into the set brightness and color.
if I remove the SD card and use the default fonts they all turn on normally, but with the new font the swing ignition looks broken.
can't find the options in the config file.

Also, try looking in the font itself and see if it has a config file of it's own. There may be something weird there... However, without an unmodified copy of the original fonts the saber came with it will a little tricky to see if there's something there that shouldn't be, or not there that should be...

SLR figured it out, it was an SD card issue
replaced it with a class 10 sansdisk 32 gb sd card
works real well now
