I am looking for a hospital developer who can script, build, model, GUI, everything that the applicant deems necessary.
The payment maxes at $30 AUD but will be negotiated with at the time of project finishing to a fair price between 20-30.
Past-work in all categories will need to be displayed, doesn't have to be medical related but could be useful.
Medical knowledge is preferred but not needed for the position.

Yeah but you mentioned the payment maxes at $30 AUD. Even if it isn't heavily scripted without a story line, even for a simple game, that's still extremely low.

If you want to make proper games, hiring proper devs or dev teams, they'll all charge minimum 1k USD, can go higher the more devs you add to the mess.

You're better off making simulators or tycoons as you first games as they are smaller and quicker, anything else not those needed either

Even so, I'd only recommend tycoons when you have a strong builder and modeling budget as tycoons primarily depend on that
