the person who made this post clearly shows that yes he is hiring pakkistian animators specifically. but specifically look at the requirements and everything. you may be taught animation, but after your training you will become a full-fledged animator for his studio outright. if you're already one then you can just send him portfolio. and you have to put in 20-40 hours a week to learn the field if you actually want to learn.
