Tbh, just use your money to take classes and learn scripting. Then you can do it all for free and wont need to blow thousands of dollars on your projects. AND, if you do it yourself, you can get it done right how you like it.

Or game devs that are already lavishly rich
Why would they spend their time learning every single skill when it's literally a better deal for them to outsource
