It is a survival horror game, that is set inside of the backrooms, you spawn in and have to survive, in certain levels you can find outposts with groups, in those outposts after reaching a high reputation with that certain group, you will be offered a plot where you can place workbenches, furnaces and more, go and explore levels and complete quests and find resources to survive.
